The Ned DecaDriver are composed of 20 Heisei Kamen Riders and the new K-Touch 21 comes with first Reiwa Kamen Rider' Kamen Rider 01 as it used by Tsukasa/Kamen Rider Decade to changed into Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form 21. The DX Neo DecaDriver and K-Touch 21 Set comes with Neo DecaDriver set, K-Touch 21,K-Touch cards, Kamen Rider Ride Cards, Final Attack Ride Cards and Final Form Ride Cards.
