Here is the new DX K-Touch 21 Set from the spin-off series Kamen Rider Decade vs ZI-O: The Decade House Death Game and Rider Time Kamen Rider ZI-O vs Decade: The 7 ZI-Os that are both streamed last February 9. The K-Touch 21 is the new upgrade item for Kamen Rider Decade as this is composed of powers of 19 Heisei Kamen Riders from Kamen Rider Kuuga to Kamen Rider ZI-O and the first Reiwa Kamen Rider' Kamen Rider 01 to changed into Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form 21. The DX K-Touch 21 Set are composed of DX K-Touch 21, attachment parts, K-Touch Card, Kamen Ride Card, and instruction manual. The DX K-Touch 21 Set is worth ¥5,500 to be released this September 2021.
