Touma will used the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book to attach together with the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book on his Seiken Swordriver to changed into Kamen Rider Saber Primitive Dragon.
As Touma obtain the Kamen Rider Saber Primitive Dragon form, he can attach different Wonder Ride Books together with the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book to obtain different powers. The Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book is owned by the Southern Base, and there is the tendency that Sword of Logos thinks Touma/Kamen Rider Saber is on a dark side.
Kamen Rider Saber Primitive Dragon become rampaging and berserk when he obtain the form as outburst his skills against Megiddo and Regiel.
Kamen Rider Saber Primitive Dragon used Kaenken Rekka on a different way and his Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book can grab enemies in a far distance.
