Yuri who live in Avalon who protects the King of Arthur Wonder Ride Book will used the Kin no Buki Gin no Buki Wonder Ride Book and Seiken Saikou Driver to changed into Kamen Rider Saikou and obtain the weapon Kougouken Saikou.
Yuri/Kamen Rider Saikou shows his unbelievable sword fighting skills using the Kougouken Saikou as he fight against Yeti Megiddo and unleashed the finisher called the Kouin Kenga Gotoushi.
Yuri/Kamen Rider Saikou can also changed into a sword as Kamen Rider Saber Dragonic Knight used it and can also changed into a shadow.
