Touma will used the three Wonder Ride Books' Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book, Storm Eagle Wonder Ride Book and Kobuta 3Kyoudai  Wonder Ride Book as he attach it to the Seiken Swordriver to changed into Kamen Rider Saber Dragon Eagle Buta 3.

        The Kamen Rider Saber Dragon Hedgehog Peter Form is a combination of Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book, Needle Hedgehog Wonder Ride Book, and Peter Fantasista Wonder Ride Book which is the more upgraded form and the finisher is called the Hiryū Dohatsuten.
