The second Kamen Rider' Kamen Rider Blaze which is Rintaro Shindo will used the Lion Senki Wonder Ride Book to attach it to the Seiken Swordriver to obtain this form with his primary weapon Suiseiken Nagare.
Kamen Rider Blaze is a Water Type Blue Lion which is a member of Sword of Logos and his following finishers are Leo Cascade when he performed the Rider Kick and Hydro Stream when he used his weapon Suiseiken Nagare.
