Haruki/Ultraman Zett in a STORAGE uniform together with Riku/Ultraman Geed will both used the Ultra Z Riser and their own Ultra Access Card to transform. Riku/Ultraman Geed will become ally and sempai of Haruki/Ultraman Zett that will guide him as an Ultra Hero.
Riku/Ultraman Geed will obtain the new form as he used the Ultra Z Riser, Ultra Access Card and the Ultra Medals' Ginga, X and Orb to obtain the Ultraman Geed Galaxy Rising.

Shota Hebikura will be played by Takaya Aoyagi who previously played as Jagrass Juggler from 2016 Ultraman Orb. Shota Hebikura is the captain of STORAGE who monitor and protect earth against the Kaijus.
