Ultra Z Riser is the Henshin Device of Haruki as he used the Ultra Access Card together with three Ultra Medals came from the power of previous Ultra Heroes to transform into Ultraman Z and Riku to become Ultraman Geed Galaxy Rising, he can also used this to change different forms and finishers.
Ultra Access Card is the key item for Haruki to attach on his Ultra Z Riser to transform into Ultraman Z and this is also used by Riku to obtain the form of Ultraman Geed Galazy Rising.
Ultraman Z Alpha Edge is Haruki's default form as he used the Ultraseven, Ultraman Leo and Ultraman Zero Ultra Medals to obtain space martial arts and speed skills.
Ultraman Z Beta Smash is Haruki's second form as he used the Ultraman, Ultraman Ace and Ultraman Taro Ultra Medals to obtain powerful strength with pro-wrestling skills.
Ultraman Z Gamma Future is Haruki's third form as he used Ultraman Tiga, Ultraman Dyna and Ultraman Gaia Ultra Medals to obtain psychic forms and magical beam attacks.
Ultraman Geed Galaxy Rising is Riku's new form as he used the Ultraman Ginga, Ultraman X and Ultraman Orb as he will aid Ultraman Z on his new battle.
