Aruto will used the Scouting Panda Progrise Key to attach on the Hiden 01 Driver to change into Kamen Rider 01 Scouting Panda with the Henshin tune of "There is nothing unknown to his eyes" . The Kamen Rider 01 Scouting Panda  that has reconnaissance abilities as he can collect and analyze info on the enemy to used it in fights, obtain a high power laser gun, monitoring unit and a silent firecracker to explode the enemies.
