Family TV Programming # 52: All About QTV

            Here is the video of Anime Kabayan as he discussed about the memories of the defunct QTV channel 11 that started last 2005 and ends on 2011 after this is succeeded on GMA News TV that is shift into Channel 27 this year.  This QTV Channel 11 started to target female audiences until they decided to air anime, classic movies, and of course the Chouseishin series' Gransazers and Justirisers. This is a good channel if they will air Tokusatsu series here that can compete with defunct Studio 23, but sadly this is replaced by the news channel and they do the same thing that is really pathetic to be honest. Since February 2011, QTV, which was owned by the GMA Network Incorporated, was changed into GMA News TV. At first, it was on TV Channel 11, but since June 2019, it is now on Channel 27. Its predecessor before QTV in November 2005 was ZOE TV Channel 11 (owned by Jesus Is Lord Church) from 2000 up until October 2005 (from 2001 to 2002, ZOE TV was partnered with CNBC Asia, which was part of NBC International). ZOE TV is now on Channel 33 since 2006. Once GMA News TV will switch to HDTV 16:9 widescreen by 2020's, its analog transmissions will be switched off soon. That's a bit of trivia.
