After Kiryuu Sento/Kamen Rider Build extracts the powers of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid ,he will obtain the Doctor Full Bottle and Game Full Bottle to transform into Kamen Rider Build Ex-Aid Form which is similar to Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Action Gamer Level 2, were he obtain a Gashacon Breaker and Drill Crusher , he can able to fight Nebula Bugstar. This one resembles Kamen Rider Decade' changing forms.

      Gentarou/Kamen Rider Fourze and Takeru/Kamen Rider Ghost transforming to fight the X Guardians the troops of Foundation X who are involve on this upcoming movie. It also appears Kaiser and Kaiser Reverse.
