During the Hayate Way's Ninja Academy graduation they are infiltrate by the Jakanja and Mugensai turned into a hamster to avoid being captured, after it destroyed , Yousuke Shiina (Hurricane Red), Nanami Nono (Hurricane Blue), and Kouta Bitou (Hurricane Yellow) are called by Oboro to get their Hurricane Gyro to transform into Hurricanger to protect earth against Jakanja. Later they faced the Ikazuchi Way's Ninja Academy students the Gouraigers which is composed of Ikkou Kasumi/Kabuto Raiger and Isshuu Kasumi/Kuwaga Raiger that joins with Jakanja and later joined the Hurricangers, and also the mysterious ninja Shurikenger the former student of Hayate Way's Ninja Academy suddenly appears on Hurricangers and Gouraigers to aid them against Jakanja .
Godzilla against Mecha Godzilla or also known as Godzilla X Mecha Godzilla is premiered on Sunday December,15,2002. The story takes place in 1999 when the Lieutenant Akane Yashiro become a pilot of Kiryu which is Mecha Godzilla, however she refuse, at that time Kiryu/Mecha Godzilla face Godzilla, it is suddenly out of control until the city destroyed. not until Akane controlled Kiryu/Mecha Godzilla and defeated Godzilla resulted for returning to the oceans were Akane and her team successfully beat the Kaiju.
