The Kamen Rider Ex-Aid will have an Original Soundtrack composed of theme songs and background series on this TV series and also include the official theme song for the upcoming Kamen Rider Ex-Aid The Movie :True Ending performed by Daichi Miura entitled "LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL". The following songs are: Kamen Rider Ex-Aid opening theme "EXCITE" by Daichi Miura, "PEOPLE GAME" by Ruka Matsuda (Poppy Pipopapo), "Real Game" by Rayflower, "Let's Try together" by KAMEN RIDER GIRLS, "Wish in the dark" by Hiroyuki Takami , and "Justice" by Hiroyuki Takami.
The Kamen Rider Ex-Aid OST is composed of three discs in one package that has two sets. The first package set composed of three discs is worth ¥ 3,240 to be released this August 16.
The second package of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid OST comes with limited edition of DX Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat that includes two songs such as "PEOPLE GAME" by Ruka Matsuda (Poppy Pipopapo) and "Wish in the dark" by Hiroyuki Takami. This package is worth ¥ 5,184 to be released this August 16.
