The ninth trailer shows the unknown invaders when the Kyurangers and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid' team saw them and defend earth from their attack, and the return of previous Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.
The tenth trailer shows Emu/Kamen Rider Ex-Aid in front of character select mode when he summons Beet Buster, Aoninger, Kamen Rider Zolda and Kamen Rider Den-O, KyuRenOh fighting against the invaders, Spider Great Leader fighting against Kamen Rider and Super Sentai, the return of Utsusemimaru/Kyoryugold and Amu/Zyuohtiger, Kyuranger all attack and Emu using the Maximum Mighty X Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Maximum Gamer Level 99.
