The three Doctor Kamen Riders will obtain new Gashats to unleash new Gamer Level forms, Emu will used the Pacman Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Pac Action Gamer, Hiiro will used the Famista Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Brave Famista Quest Gamer, and Taiga will used the Xevious Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Snipe Xevious Shooting Gamer.
