         Here are the forms of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid on this upcoming crossover movie and they are  Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Ghost Gamer Level 1 that looks like a chibi version of Kamen Rider Ghost and the other one is Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Ghost Gamer Level 2.
