The new character appears, his name is Edel the Dragon knight who woke up after the thousand years of sleeping, he is a Horror slayer after the Makai Knighthodd was born. So is Edel would become an ally or villain of Rei/Zero?
Edel will be played by Yuge Tomohisa who previously played as Goro of 2002-03 Kamen Rider Ryuki, Masato Mishima of 2006-07 Kamen Rider Kabuto, Kiyojiro Bando of 2013-14 Kamen Rider Gaim and hi recent role' Shitashimo of 2016 Kamen Rider Amazons.
