Takayuki Tsubaki who previously played as Kenzaki Kazuma / Kamen Rider Blade on the 2004-05 series Kamen Rider Blade was injured due to traffic dispute. It happens on evening when Takayuki Tsubaki confronted a motorcyclist on the sidewalk , during the argument the motorcyclist called his younger brother bringing the golf club to hit Takayuki Tsubaki's head that resulted for a serious injury on the head. Now the motorcyclist younger brother Gou Ozaki was arrested on this physical injury against Takayuki Tsubaki, and as of now Takayuki Tsubaki was healed from the injury .
