On this sequel Makoto Fukami will received the new Shin Specter Eyecon to transform into Kamen Rider Shin Specter. The Shin Specter Eyecon appearance is similar to Mugen Eyecon of Kamen Rider Ghost , and I think both of these Eyecons are too powerful, The DX Shin Specter Eyecon is included on the V-Cinema's Ghost Re:Birth Kamen Rider Specter Blu-Ray and DVD package.
