Emu Hosho ( Played by Hiroki Iijima) is a Medical trainee from Seito Hospital and a video game expert who will be chosen to used the Gamer Driver and the
Mighty Action X Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid with the help of the nurse Asuna Karino who has alter-ego called Poppi Pipopabo . Kamen Rider Ex-Aid's objective is to save people against Bugstars who spread virus.
The henshin sequence of Emu Hosho using the Gamer Driver and
Mighty Action X Gashat to change into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Action Gamer Level 1. The other pics are Bugsters with the foot soldiers.
Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Action Gamer Level 1 is using the Gashacon Breaker which has two modes the hammer and sword.

Kamen Rider Snipe's Gashacon Magnum can also changed into sniper mode who can unleash a powerful blaster.
The next is Hiiro Kagami (Played by Toshiki Seto) a surgeon of Seito Hospital who will used his own Gamer Driver and his Follow Quest Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Brave and his primary weapon is called Gashacon Sword who unleashes fire and ice power.

Asuna Karino (Played by Ruka
Matsuda) a nurse , an Ministry of Health employee and has an alter ego named Poppi Pipopabo who has secret based on a hospital , she demonstrates the usage of Gamer Driver and the Mighty X Action Gashat on Emu to transform into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.
