Kamen Rider Dark Necrom Blue is  Jebil  to be played by Tsune from 2700 (Comedy duo)

        Kamen Rider Dark Necrom Yellow is Jay to be played by Yuko Takayama who previously played as Miku Uehara of 2010 Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider The Movie: Cho Den-O Trilogy Episode Blue: The Dispatched Imagin is Newtral,Rinko Daimon of 2012-13 Kamen Rider Wizard series and as Rinko Daimon/Kamen Rider Mage on the 2013 Kamen Rider Wizard in Magic Land.
