Igorl is a Ganma Official who used latest technology from the Ganma world particularly using the Black Megauloder that looks similar to Kamen Rider Necrom.
Using the Black Megauloder, Igorl can change himself into a powerful Ganma and can enhance his strength using the Ganma Eyecons. One of the examples of his form is Seiryuto Ganma Superior. So stay tune for some updates.
