         Here's the updated Magazine Scan from Terebi-Kun on how many Eyecons and Damashii forms debut in Kamen Rider Ghost series, so here are the following:

        Makoto Fukami (Left Side of the pic) being Kamen Rider Specter attain the two Eyecons to obtain different forms so here are they (Kamen Rider Specter Edison Damashii is debut once, but let's check it our on the following episodes):
