Makoto will used the Spectre Eyecon to transform into Kamen Rider Spectre.

       Kamen Rider Spectre's main weapon is called the GanGan Hand which has two modes for long and melee range attack.

Kamen Rider Spectre's bike is called the Machine Hoodie.

        Kamen Rider Spectre would be Kamen Rider Ghost's rival for fighting against Ganmas, it really reminds me Kouta/ Kamen Rider Gaim and Kaito/ Kamen Rider Baron being rivals from dancing and to become a Kamen Rider.
