Toku-Timeline: 1976


            Here's another Toku-Timeline as we take back from the past years when Tokusatsu movies and series aired from 1954 onwards. So let's take back to the year 1976:


         The Kagestar is aired on TV Asahi every Mondays from April 5 to November,29,1976 that completed 34 Episodes.  It is another creation of Toei which is similar to Kamen Rider Stronger because of a female partner. Kagestar's true identity is the Salary Man name Kageyoh Sugata who is a young shadow puppeteer together with his partner Bellestar fighting against the evil Dr. Satan the former Nazi Scientist.


          Space Ironmen Kyodyne is aired on TV Asahi every Fridays from April,2,1976 to March,11,1977 that completed 48 Episodes. It is created by both Toei and Shotaro Ishinimori . The Space Ironmen Kyodyne is composed of two robots which is Skyzel and Grounzel that created by Dr. Hayami who programmed their identity based on his two lost sons, just to fight the Robot Army Corps.


           Super God Bibyun is aired on TV Asahi every Tuesdays from July,6,1976 to March,29,1977 that completed 36 Episodes.  It is the sequel of Akumaizer 3  where the three resurrected from the dead to save the world from another evil threat.



          Ninja Captor is aired on TV Tokyo every Sundays from April,7,1976 to January,26,1977 that completed 43 Episodes. It is created by Toei which is similar to Himetsu Sentai Goranger which is a Sentai Motif concept.This group of 7 fight against the Wind-Demon General Retsufu Fuma. This one should be considered as Super Sentai, but the problem is the maximum for a regular Sentai group is 5.


         Enban Senso Bankid is aired on NTV every Sundays from October,3,1976 to March,23,1977 that completed 26 Episodes. This is created by Toho for a Sentai motif same to Himetsu Sentai Goranger with the help of Nippon Television. Enban Senso Bankid  is the group of five and they are Bankid Pegasus, Bankid Dragon, Bankid Rabbit, Bankid Ox, and Bankid Swan. Red,Blue,Pink and then two Yellows , the pair of colors of a big and small guy reminds me of Voltes V.



           Battle Hawk is aired on TV Tokyo every Mondays from  October,4,1976- March,28,1977  that completed 26 Episodes. It is created by  Tokyo Agency and  Dynamic Productions. 


         Pro-Wrestling no Hoshi Aztecaiser is aired on TV Asahi every Thursdays from October,7,1976 to March,31,1977 that completed 26 Episodes. It is created by Tsuburaya Productions and Japan Puroresu or Japan Pro-Wrestling Productions. Pro-Wrestling no Hoshi Aztecaiser is a Japan Pro-Wrestling Motif that features the Japanese Puroresu Star Antonio Inoki as Aztecaiser's Trainer.
