            In the Shuriken Sentai Ninninger THE MOVIE: The Dinosaur Lord’s Splendid Ninja Scroll! , The Ninningers sent to a special mission when they go in a hidden village where ninjas can access the place. The hidden village is ruled by one of the Kibaoni Gengetsu Official named Juuza Yumihari aiming for getting the evil dragon that can be found in the village.

          Yasumi Tatsunosuke (Played by  Toshifumi Fujimoto) the original ruler of the hidden village escape and find the Ninningers to restore peace on his place. Yasumi  can transform himself into the cute human size version  of Dinomaru.
