When everybody is a child, no one has any idea that Saban is screwing everybody all this time. All have thought that his production using Japanese footage were original made. Then came the internet. People finally discovered that what things were actually are. That Power Rangers is indeed a copy-cat of Super Sentai. In substance, it still use footage from Japan. The only sugar coat it had is that it is mixed with Saban's self made footage. But no matter how he mascarade it, the fact remains that it is still dependent on Super Sentai. Too bad that some people despite knowing the truth still refuse to see the light.
The truth was really suppresed because of what the big networks wanted than anything else. MONEY. So what about the credits? Yeah credits of Saban using footage from Super Sentai. Toei had nothing to do on Saban's shows except granting them license on using footage for Saban's own agenda. I often compare that to what transpired in the life of Jesus where Saban is Caiaphas, Jesus is SS and Judas are the people in Toei who sold rights to Saban. About that Saban would go to jail, no sane purist would say that. Every purist know that Saban bought the rights of using footage of SS for his agenda. He made a LEGALIZED THEFT. By form he is not stealing what is due to SS because of hiding in the legal process. But by substance, he is stealing what should be due to SS because poeple did have a wrong conception about SS because of PR. Quit hiding on legal terms please.
Every SS purist know that PR is using SS footage with the use of one thing that every one finds hard to resist. MONEY. As the purists address it, Saban commited a LEGALIZED THEFT. By form he may not because of license but by substance, he is stealing what is due to SS.

Earn much money? I think this guy didn't realize how much money could be made in franchising and airing footage. Many countries in the world like Brazil, France, Thailand, Indonesia and others were investing money to pay Toei the rights to air their programs on their own soils. Way before SS was used by Saban for his agenda, many SS and even other genres of tokusatsu were making it through foreign markets. And what original concept? Doesn't Toei have other Tokusatsu genres besides SS? Didn't Toei have the Metal Heroes, Kamen Rider and other heroes? This is where Toei is basing their ideas for further SS developments. About the Marvel thing, it was a different story like for example, Japanese Spiderman. Japanese Spiderman didn't use any American footage on it's shows but made their own. Of course they have the permission to do that. Saban on the other hand is too lazy to create his own footage that he is totally dependent on Toei. And who the hell cares about SS making it to America? Several countries in the world like Brazil, France, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia have a strong awareness about SS.
America again. Who the hell cares if something reached America? Again, many countries have already have been exposed to SS before even PR making it to their soils. Good thing for those countries, they were able to maintain their Purist spirit.One funny thing is that it was even banned for example in Indonesia and Malaysia because of the issue of morphine. Too bad in the Philippines didn't maintained that spirit. Toei doesn't owe Saban anything. Saban owes Toei his profit because if not for Toei allowing Saban to buy footage, he will not be able to create his PR. Don't twist the truth.
