Doctor Ashura is a former Arashi Busujima in his normal life,is a brute guy who hates people smarter than him particularly geniuses.He can beat up Zuno Monsters when the Liveman encountered him .Arashi is captured by Great Professor Bias and remodeled him into a Genius Brute one to assist him aside from the three Bias' Cronies.He can summon Cyber Bunshin as his minions to assist him.In the end he sacrifices himself being Arashi to finished Battle Zuno.

He used Evil Geometry as a special fighting skill against the Go-ongers.In the end he was finished by Engine G9.
