Kamen Rider has two generations the Showa and Heisei.The Heisei Kamen Rider series started in Kamen Rider Kuuga series in 2000 featuring the new concepts in the franchise compare to the Showa era from Ichigo to Black RX of the 70's and the 80's. The reason why Kamen Rider Decade creating a history in the franchise as the 10th Heisei Kamen Rider just because it is continuous without skipping a year just like Super Sentai that intorduces yearly series in different motifs.It is also proves that Heisei Kamen Riders is a totally success every year.
Well its easy to count how many Heisei Kamen Riders are,which is started from Kuuga.Now Kamen Rider Gaimu is an anniversary series for the 15th Heisei Kamen Rider aired on TV Asahi for the 15th time continuously.Sound predictive when I say my own point of view, but I'm sure there's a greater introduction before its debut on October 6.If its not the anniversary series,why Gaimu didn't air in September?skipping a month after the finale of Kamen Rider Wizard?.Next time if you dislike my information say it properly,not mocking out like a trash talk moron.
