I just remember on my childhood days when another villain on Power Rangers appeared aside from Goldar (Originally its Griffozer) at the pathetic ninja season of Power Rangers.This third would be the last attempt but failed after Alien Rangers appeared (Why aliens in the form of ninja?).This guy which is known in Power Rangers is called Rito Revolto the brother of Rita Repulsa. He take down the Thunderzords for shifting to another season,if you can imagine Power Rangers lose their zords for the second time and what's next another one.Really shows that first PR series are certified losers to defeat bad-ass enemies.So what do you think about this Skeleton guy on the Super Sentai series,when he shows on the rip-off series as a stupid villain can destroy the whole world?
From this well-known villain in Power Rangers is originally one of the dangerous villains from Ninja Sentai Kakuranger named Gasha Skull also called Young Noble Junior on his human form wearing an underground rock attire.He is the Prince of the youkai and the son of Daimaou the main boss.His half body is a white skeleton and another one is an army camouflage resembled to a decomposed soldier.He was defeated by Super Kakure Daishogun on Kakuranger's episode 31.
Just compare between the two, when Kakurangers easily defeated Gasha Skull,Why Ninja formed Power Rangers can't defeat the Skeleton Prince so easily?
