The Tokusatsu series aired in the Philippines wayback in the 80's is dubbed in English first, when Jak Q and Goranger known as StarRangers is first aired.The Tagalog dubbed is started in Shaider series in 1987.This two shows aired wayback 1981 to 1985,I'm not born at this time,but I'm sure this series would be same as Bioman in terms of English Accent.
The next one is the most popular Tokusatsu series in the 80's and 90's Bioman.This series is the only English dubbed series that longs last.I remember some dialogues and accents truly a Filipino without any slang or American or British like dictation. It shows how Filipinos become talented on dubbing.
Uchuu Kara no Message: Ginga Taisen a special Tokusatsu series from the defunct SBN 21 wayback 1994 is also English Dubbed.This one is more decent in terms of accent,I'm not sure if its either a Filipino or American dubbed the series.
The last English dubbed series is Solbrain aired in IBC 13 wayback 1997 to 1998.This is the first Metal Hero series in English dubbed in the Philippines.This is the best Dubbed series and also have the same dubbing production to Bioman,It's also obvious for the voices who dubbed the series.
