This is a clip from the  “The Evolving Wild Beast” episode of Kamen Rider Wizard ,as Kamen Rider Beast upgrades himself via Hyper Beast Ring that turns him into  Beast Hyper.Kouske needs to retrieve his Beast Driver and Rings or else Chimera gonna eats him.This is a first Kamen Rider in a Cowboy form,his fighting style is just like a Texas wild cowboy including his arm' design consider as a whip against enemies.His finisher activates when the Lion symbol is full and ready to blast.
