Kai- The Imagin creator and should be the next rumored Kamen Rider in Den-O series.

        I just remember wayback 2007 regarding for the final rumors of Kamen Rider Den-O series,until the new Kamen Rider spotted saying here's the final boss to battle against Den-O and Zeronos.Kai started to appear on episode 37 and reveal that he's the creator of Imagins.This retarded villain supposed to be an evil Kamen Rider same to Shadow Moon who control time.If the rumors happened ,it will be an excited battle,but the only problem was skipping around the episodes.49 episodes is not enough on this series,just because Kai's villain character is still insufficient.
