Kaitou Saint Tail (An anime-tokusatsu theme)

I just getting an idea about different anime series which is related to Tokusatsu genre,until I remembered this one.Aside from the female superhero series Sailormoon and Cutie Honey,why they don't try this series which is a non-kaijin theme and focus only in stealing different things and return to the owner.This is a different series,particularly on the chemistry of this plot.
