Gai Yuki or Black Condor has been returned for Jetman tribute.In episode 28 entitled "Wings are Eternal",Gokaiger confronts Kiaido who try to collect the bounty as they begin to search for the Jetman until they met a strange man called Gai a former member of Jetman.
