This second rider Kamen Rider Accel from Kamen Rider W was one of the best second rider for me. His personality was totally tougher than Nago,Kaito and Yuuto. This ultimate form looks like a Go-Onger's style and a perfect match as a 8th ranger.So let's watch this Ultimate form debut.
