He is played by Kei Hosogai.He is together with Marvelous before on AkaRed's Red Pirates together until this group has been destroyed by the Zangyack.He have the ship called Free Joker together with his partner Sari the space monkey. Basco have a Giant weapon called Rikkidoroid.The blue version called "Wateru-kun" and they appear in Sari's chest.

Basco can summon materialize rangers through putting ranger keys into his trumpet.He can control rangers as puppet if you remember Diend.

Basco looks like a street entertainer with a pet sidekick from France, and he looks the Sentai version of Kaitou/Kamen Rider Diend.
