This is the first image of Kamen Rider OOO BuraKaWani Combo via toy catalogs that reveals the summer movie including the new combo.This is an Indian theme with his snake-charmer flute called Burangi that summons giant cobra appearing OOO head. Kamen Rider OOO BuraKaWani Combo is the combination of Cobra, Kame (Turtle)and Wani (Crocodile) Core Medals.
The Cobra Medal makes wraps around his head while blowing his flute and can use the cobra to attack his enemies;The Turtle medal get the pair of turtle shells on his arms for defense;and the crocodile medal are able to slide on the ground. His special attack is "Crocodile Glide" while holding his enemy between his legs and make an explosion.
